The World of Suzie Wong by Richard Mason is a story set in the 1950s in Hong Kong about the relationship between a man, and the prostitute he encounters.
It isn't that interesting, and probably presents both the characters in a more flattering light than you would expect. Definitely would be very dull, picked up now.
