A man wakes up - and discovers that he is about to be harvested for his bodily organs. Luckily, he is good at violent resistance and manages to get out of there. He discovers he has no memory but manages to find help and get involved in something a lot stranger than organlegging.
Strange even than corporate enclave dystopia. Psyhic powers, interdimensional invasions. Large buggy things and the odd snake woman.
