Heroes R Us - Mainak Dhar

An unassuming young man gains powers - enhanced strength, speed and night vision. He decides to try and help people - but has not many clues. Getting help from an old soldier he sounds finds himself involved with police serial killers, businessmen who want to make money off him and corrupt government officials.

And a terrorist plot to set off a weapon at a Twenty-Twenty match. (Yep, it would take out Tendulkar, too!).
