A nuclear weapons plot leads to the retirement location of an ex-Israeli assassin, the intervention of an old German partner and the arrival of Muslim terrorists who want to kill a large number of people on Hilton Head and bring back a girl.
It is a lot harder to bring off such a plot if you have highly trained spook killers who really, really don't like you.
