The final book in the series is a series of battles. First Sasha breaks most of the Lenayin army away after the rest of them are found to be condoning mass baby killing. Then facing massive outnumbering she has to link with the remnants of a couple of other armies and overthrow some fascists to get yet another army to join them.
Then it is last stand defense of the serrin time, with Hellfire.
