A very bad anthology that manages a woeful 2.87 full. Full of dull mediocre adn poor stories, Sherman, Butcher and Shepard aside. And a little imagination from Kressel, at least. Speaking of imagination, lot of writers can't imagine outside the USA when all of fantasy is there to play with.
