Cory Doctorow is a commentator and editor of Boing Boing, a creative commons proponent and a science fiction author of several novels and rather more short stories, the latter being generally superior to the former.
Of interest is his collaboration with Benjamin Rosenbaum, True Names, about far future competition for computing resources - like planets. Other work of interest include his Martian Chronicles story and a Star Trek spoof, To Go Boldly.
