Ministry Of War is Hell. Especially if the Dragon King gets you.
I didn't like the third Detective Inspector Chen book as much as the first couple. I found the whole Precious Dragon thread fairly tedious, and the whole Dragon thing in general not that interesting.
The prospect of what Chen and partners have to get up to in basically saving the world, however, is entertaining. Although revelations and relationships he is suddenly in the middle of so that everyone is suddenly married, related, or soon to be to the various bosses of Hell and Heaven is perhaps a little hard to take.
