Asimov's 397 - Sheila Williams

Robert Silverberg suggests it wasn't easy becoming an SF writer, it took him a few years from when he was 14 or so to manage it, but now he has managed it so much he can't remember the centuries of stuff he has written - the point being is that even for those with triple figures of novels and stories they were given the arse a lot, early on.

Peter Heck finds a Russian Imperial dragon fighter in the sky fantasy, and Paul Melko's Singularity Ringing. Nancy Kress has more killer dogs to add to that sort of thing.

A 3.50 average issue, and close to a bit more as tossed up on the Colin P. Davies, which you can call a 3.75 if you want to.

If Rucker and Sterling ever do a triple team-up of length, the Whack-O-Ness meter on Ganymede might just blow up, adding another ring.

ASIMOVS397 : COLLIDING BRANES - Rudy Rucker and Bruce Sterling
ASIMOVS397 : THE BIRD PAINTER IN TIME OF WAR - Carol Emshwiller
ASIMOVS397 : THE COLDEST WAR - Matthew Johnson
ASIMOVS397 : THE CERTAINTY PRINCIPLE - Colin P. Davies
ASIMOVS397 : THE POINT - Steven Utley
ASIMOVS397 : PELAGO - Judith Berman
