The New Hugo Winners 4 - Martin H. Greenberg

An anthology selecting some of the stories from several different years in the early nineties (92-94 in fact). Generally all good, with Charles Sheffield as the standout out. If I had to pick from the rest, then Lucius Shepard would be next.

There's a short intro by the editor to each story, too.

New Hugo Winners 4 : Walk in the Sun - Geoffrey A. Landis
New Hugo Winners 4 : Gold - Isaac Asimov
New Hugo Winners 4 : Beggars in Spain [short story] - Nancy Kress
New Hugo Winners 4 : Even the Queen - Connie Willis
New Hugo Winners 4 : The Nutcracker Coup - Janet Kagan
New Hugo Winners 4 : Barnacle Bill the Spacer - Lucius Shepard
New Hugo Winners 4 : Death on the Nile - Connie Willis
New Hugo Winners 4 : Georgia on My Mind - Charles Sheffield
New Hugo Winners 4 : Down in the Bottomlands - Harry Turtledove
